Hi Charlie,
I made theses today to serve to friends for afternoon tea,p. They were very well received! I do admit to using caramel bits instead of white chocolate though as I had the caramel bits already in the pantry and wanted to use them up.

These look great to me but I can imagine they have too many bits for some fussier members of the household – I would have loved my mum to have them ready for me after school – and am glad rosie is ok after licking the bowl – esp after the last time your dogs ate chocolate (if I remember rightly)

I’d be licking all of the utensils and bowls as well after making these cookies. In fact, I’m not sure these would make it to the oven. I’m a sucker for cookie dough.

Don’t worry, my mom’s dog is really fat too! I think sometimes they have slow metabolism. Haha! These cookies look really great!

I feel much the same as Rosie after summer. I always go into summer eating well, exercising etc. and then there are vacations, BBQs, friends over and of course ice cream on hot nights. Time for my half rations and treadmill too! These cookies seem so easy and something the kids would love their first week back at school. 🙂

Dogs can be so sneaky! You’d think they would have evolved to not like chocolate since it’s poisonous for them…but no.
