I surely would have called the police, the behaviour of the dog owners is atrocious, and disgusting. I am glad there was no long term damage.
I adore fish and chips and I’m sure yours are far better than any store bought version. They look so crispy and light. The Tartare sauce is one of my absolute favourites. Do you use malt vinegar on the chips like the English do?
