This is quite a need. I am truly sorry for this family’s current crisis, and hope that perhaps your friend will be able to have the necessary transplant. I have a friend with serious lung disease, and have seen some of what that entails, and it is really terrible. I’m sure the family truly enjoyed your wonderful home cooked meal. In addition to being very tasty, it would be a big comfort. ox
