A Canadian food stylist and recipe developer Dana McCauly also developed a cookbook of the first class last dinner on the Titanic a few years ago http://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/078686303X. I’ll have to ask is my friend Angela which cookbook is her inspiration!
I was looking for something to make this week — you’ve inspired me to make this! I love the use of weights in recipes; it makes it so easy to reduce down!!!!
