Vegan Peppermint Chocolate Squares

Serves: 16 squares
- 170gm cacao butter
- 20 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 8 drops peppermint oil
- pinch of sea salt
- Melt cacao butter in a small bowl in microwave.
- Place all ingredients including melted butter in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Line a 22cm x 12cm loaf tin with baking paper. Spoon mixture into tin and press down.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes then cut into squares.
