Lamb and Spinach Curry

Today I am over at Maureen’s blog with a lamb and spinach curry.

Maureen has been a very wonderful friend to me ever since I started blogging.

Always in life, there are seasons of highs and lows and in my blogging lows, Maureen has been there going above and beyond to render assistance.

Currently, Maureen is suffering from a very debilitating chronic illness that is preventing her from being able to be as active on her blog as she would like.

Given the help she has been to me during my blogging-techno-anxiety-attacks, I thought the least I could do is help her with a blog post.

Please come over and wish Maureen well, and be warmed by a curry that will see you through these chilly days.
