Every time I see a photo or read a post about some touchingly cute dog, I think I might be ready for another (still not over the loss of my precious Angus in that way that you never get over missing them). And every time I read about you making something mouthwateringly wonderful dish featuring passion fruit, it makes me think I need to get in my car and just head south until I find some!

What adorable doggies! I seem to have inherited my daughter’s dog, as he isn’t fond of the new baby. So now I have three dogs. Beautiful tarts. REally

You’re right, the best thing to do with curd is make meringue! And I bet she misses him a lot. I wonder how dogs cope with things like that? They can’t really call each other or email!

A quiet weekend is a bit special. I’ll bet they don’t happen that often.
I adore passionfruit or lemon curd, it’s the perfect marriage with meringue. Will always win hands down over a chocolatey something or other, every time!
