Why do so many people make comments when they haven’t even tried the dish? Just wastes everyone’s time as we can all see the ingredients and picture. Nice easy dish but it needed more spice for my taste.

Never had papaya in the curry and your photos make me sooooooooooooooooo hungry! Love the whole presentation (with your lovely plate) with this curry, Charlie. I wish I can just grab and start eating! Definitely Thai food tonight thanks to your post! 😉 (I wish I can cook this but after kitchen remodel…).

Charlie – What a brilliant recipe this is! I’ve made curries with mango, pineapple and pumpkin before – but never papaya – I so cannot wait to try this!

I’m more familiar with a smaller papaya than the ones in your box, Charlie, but I don’t know much about where our papayas come from. I’m assuming they’re imported and they are a little pricey. I do indulge in them from time to time regardless of price, though. They are just so good! How nice to have received such a great box of ingredients, and the recipe sounds very tasty. I know my family would enjoy it. It sure looks pretty sitting in that beautiful blue bowl. 🙂
