I’m not a fan of swimming in the ocean, especially if there is even a hint that a shark might arrive to greet me. Kudos to you for beating your husband’s time by 13 seconds! LOL

My husband has done several “mini” triathlons and the swimming always makes me so nervous. They are all thrashing around out there, I can’t believe more people don’t sink. They have kyaks out there with medics and rescue teams, but honestly, who could even tell if they lost one or two?

How wonderful that your husband was able to raise such a nice sum for the effort!!
