What an extreme disappointment, particularly for the cost! The mouse is definitely a public health hazard and the glasses left outside of the rooms is a horrendous lack of quality service. Your reviews are always to the point and quite honest and I love that. You should also post on trip advisor, future guests will appreciate your honesty.
