I love salads, too, and our temperatures are like yours right now–the “high” ones, not low. It’s so hot that I am eating lots of fruit and salads, and feel like we’re still in summer mode. I will come over to Clare’s and see you there! 🙂

It’s the opposite season, but we’re having similar weather. Today is crazy warm, but tomorrow will be much cooler. And, I love a good salad on a warm day!
