The ability to slow down, take stock and maybe even read a book is to be treasured. Not to mention freedom for the kids is a huge bonus. I remember loving trips like that as a kid, and I know mine do today as well. 🙂

I’d love to roll back to the 1970’s! I’m sure at the time I thought that was pretty fast paced, but we sure didn’t know how it was going to accelerate.
