Having been a landlord before, those tenants could have been a nightmare.

I never want to rent to someone that I feel is settling for less than the home that they want. They’ll never be happy and when they’re not happy, I’m not happy. Lucky for you that the Korean couple love the place as much as they do. Perhaps they’ll be with you for a number of years. Good luck!
