Sophie was a very lucky little friend of yours, She ate well! This is a great recipe, I’m sure. I I will need to look up kumara…I’m unfamiliar! But all spices and combinations just sound wonderful. I prefer to eat a vegetarian diet most of the time…I’m not 100% any more (I was for a while), but I still love this kind of dish most of all. 🙂 Debra
